The LEAD Program

The LEAD Program seeks to take universal wisdom and apply it with practical business applications required for success.

Facilitator, Steve Clark is passionate about helping young people develop their leadership skills in a practical yet informed way.

He is well qualified to take emerging leaders on that journey of self-discovery, combining their innate skills and building capability and confidence.

For the Business Owner: Build the skills in your people required to run a successful business and see the results.

For the Participant: Learn the practical aspects of running a successful business as you take the next steps in developing yourself as an emerging leader.

Learn

Improve your ability to learn through acquisition of new knowledge and skills. You’ll combine this with the power of reflective learning.

Accelerate

Increasing your capacity to internalise new strategy methods helps to increase your confidence. This improves your problem solving and decision-making skills.

Embed

A key mantra behind this program is the ‘one time knowledge test’. Lessons learned and problems solved are cemented in place using proprietary tools and techniques.

Develop

Our aim is to help improve the development of emerging young leaders. Develop holistic traits that embrace desirable competencies, character and skills.

The upcoming LEAD Program will begin Thursday, 7 Sept 2023.

How It Works

01.

Curriculum

The leadership program curriculum covers the core practical aspects of running a successful business together with practical universal wisdom and leadership attributes that are key to that success. Manual and digital workbooks are provided.

02.

Group Session

There will be four, half day in-person workshops. 8.30am to 1.00pm over four fortnights. These will be held at the Glen Hotel, 24 Gaskell Street, Eight Mile Plains, Queensland. Light refreshments including lunch are provided.

03.

Delivery

The program utilises real life business case studies, research and ‘what if’ scenarios. This will allow the team to self-identify and road test their own solutions. There will be pre and post briefings with participants and their direct manager.

04.

Individualised Coaching

The coaching will take place at a group level covering the course material. However sufficient time will be allocated to cater for individual company needs. 30 days after the program has ended, there will be an individual follow up Zoom call.

*The numbers will be limited to six participants per group to enable maximum participation, enhance the learning experience, and support individualised training needs.

Steve Clark - LEAD Program, Leadership Training Coach

Steve Clark

After graduating with a Bachelor of Business Studies from Monash University Steve spent the first twenty years of his working life as a Financial Controller & Company. Much of that time was spent working overseas in a variety of different countries ranging from Papua New Guinea, United Kingdom, Qatar, Philippines & Thailand.

In 1999 the focus shifted to being self-employed within his own business coaching, consulting & training business. In that time, he has assisted some 150+ companies to essentially close the gaps between their current and potential performance. That includes evaluating and exploring ideas and taking them from concept to design and implementation providing they passed the ‘litmus’ test for success.

As part of the journey Steve earned accreditations in Accounting as a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) and coaching as a Professional Certified Coach (P.C.C.) with the International Coaching Federation. He continues to spend a significant amount of time on personal and professional development in the field of personal and business improvement with a particular interest in the field of behavioural psychology.
